The Unit Food Ingredients is one of the four European units, specialized in the sourcing and supplying of dairy ingredients for the food industry.

Applications and market segments are mainly confectionary and bakery, infant nutrition, ice cream and dairy and ready meals.

Traders are located in Europe: two traders in the Netherlands, one trader in France and one trader in Poland.

The four European units have their own Back Office (F&A and Logistics department), located in Nijmegen, the Netherlands.
